Placing an Order:
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information.
If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at EmilyandOlive@aol.com.
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can exchange anything except personalized items, edible items, or beds for any reason. Store Exchanges or store credit only will be given. If you need to exchange something, please send an email to EmilyandOlive@aol.com within 7 days of receiving your order for an authorization number for the exchange. We will issue an authorization number only within 7 days as long as the items are unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original packaging slip. Items without an authorization number will not be accepted. When shipping exchanges back, please use UPS, Fedex or receive a Delivery Confirmation from USPS.  We will do everything to accommodate your situation. Please be advised that shipping is non-refundable.

We accept Visa/Master card, and Pay Pal.

Delivery Time:
Most orders ship within 1-2 weeks from when the order was placed. If there is a delayed shipment you will be notified via e-mail.  Please note that most items are hand made to order.
 
Shipping:
Emily and Olive uses USPS Priority mail  for most shipping. If you need something sent 2nd day or overnight, please email us at EmilyandOlive@aol.com. 
Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
We charge a Flat Rate Shipping charge of $7.95, via USPS Priority shipping!!

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of New Jersey (7 %). This is due to the fact that our office is in New Jersey. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.

Rush Orders:
In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at Emily and Olive, please send us an email at EmilyandOlive@aol.com 
We will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
